How Our Consultants Embody The WSI Tagline

WSI Consultants from around the globe share their experiences, highlighting the essence of our brand: a union of purpose-driven people and transformative digital solutions. They emphasize "Embrace Digital. Stay Human," which is about creating a balance of leveraging digital advancements while nurturing genuine human connections. From the strength of our collaborative network to the personalized approach we bring to each client, discover why our consultants find deep fulfillment and unmatched credibility in being part of the WSI family.

Cormac Farrelly, WSI Consultant, Ireland: When people think about what makes a great brand successful, they think about logos, taglines, and even a certain way of doing things. But the reality is the deep-seated core, or even the soul of every great brand is about its people, and about its purpose. And when we think about WSI, the very essence of our brand, it's in every strategy we develop, every service we deliver and in every company we help grow. At the very core of it, with WSI, is about helping people. And, you know, we're passionate in the belief that every business or partner we work with, or every employee we hire has untapped potential just waiting to be unleashed. It's our job to help them do it.

Cynthia Mordecai, WSI Consultant Staff, USA: So, with our mission statement being “Unlocking a world of possibility for those that we serve”, how does that mission align with what WSI brings to its clients?

Ryan Kelly, WSI Consultant, USA: Oh, that's a great question. You know, when I think of possibilities, I think of the word opportunities, and when I think of what we do with WSI, we search for those opportunities, we look for those times where we can be helpful. So what are your goals? What are your desires? Are you trying to grow as a company? Are you trying to understand your culture? What’s working, what's not working? How can we be helpful is really what that entire mission statement is about. It's about opportunity. It's about possibility, and it's about WSI being helpful.

Kelly Biggs, WSI Consultant, USA: Can I just tell you that I love our tagline so much? And the reason that I do is because to me, this is exactly where the world is. Embrace Digital: let's talk about that. We were kind of forced into a situation where everybody had to, on a whim, just embrace digital. But let's face it, sometimes digital, and I'm going to also call that technology, can feel especially if done incorrectly, it can feel distant. It can feel mechanical. It can feel stoic, and it can feel impersonal. So, we want to make sure that as we're embracing technology, we're also seeing human. That means you can't turn everything digital. Some things are human and human element will not be replaced.

Olivier Aloccio, WSI Consultant, France: I came across it before a meeting with entrepreneurs, one of my clients, Nathalie, who gave me a nice compliment in front of several people about the relationship of trust we have managed to build together. A few days pass, and thinking about it, I tell myself that’s exactly what clients come to see at WSI. This ability to create a connection, to enter the intimacy of our clients in order to build lasting trust. For me, it’s the very essence of my job, the main reason why I do it with so much passion and enthusiasm every day. In a world where the digital is omnipresent and complex, we even talk about artificial intelligence now. So yes, at WSI, we are firmly convinced that digital is the best way to help a business grow. At the same time, we believe that humanity has never been more important than today. The more digital there is, the more important humanity becomes. And I think this belief is perfectly summarized by our motto at WSI: “Embrace Digital. Stay Human.” It’s a motto that I find extremely relevant and in line with the values for which I do this job.

Nicky McKenna, WSI Consultant, UK: We've both had long careers in retailing and eCommerce, so we know one thing for sure: People buy from people. Our job at WSI is to help businesses make that happen in the digital arena. Or to put it another way: To help them embrace digital but stay human.

Peter McKenna, WSI Consultant, UK: When we look at the strengths of WSI as we express them to our customers, it's simple again. It's the power of a network.

Mark Jamieson, WSI Consultant, Canada: You know, one of the things that you know we often tell our clients is the beauty about WSI is we have this global knowledge. There’s not a vertical or a business at this point that we probably have not worked in, right? So, if I haven't worked in it, if I don't understand it, I know there's somebody in network who does. We already have a running start. We don't have to spend money through trial and error to see what type of marketing campaigns are going to be best for your business. And again, so when we start campaigns when we launch campaigns, we're doing it with a really good insight and understanding as to what works and what doesn't. And we get that through the collaboration within the WSI network.

Jorge Contreras, WSI Consultant, Mexico: The fundamental mission of WSI is to uncover a world full of new possibilities. And, of course, this includes our clients, who we support by generating new businesses that they might not have achieved without this alliance. Of course, it includes our collaborators as well, as through training and education, they have a better life plan and career. And the fundamental idea is to leave things better than how we found them. And it includes better systems and processes for our clients in their businesses, better ways of working, better ways to be productive, to optimize what we do. And that is essentially the mission of WSI: to uncover a new world of possibilities.

Cynthia Mordecai, WSI Consultant Staff, USA: We've been in this digital space for the last 20 years or so. It’s where we're at now; it's where we're continuing to go. So. we do want to embrace all of these digital elements that are happening in the digital space, but at the same time behind the screens. There's a human and everything that we do, you know, putting our human thoughts and ideas behind all of these campaigns and strategies is so important. There's so many digital technologies that are developing, so it is super exciting. So yeah, it really does, with all that being said, does resonate on so many levels, and I am super excited to share it with the world.

Eric Cook, WSI Consultant, USA: In case it's not evident, because I'm coming to you from the seat of my gravel bike in the middle of the woods, recording a video on a 360 camera. I'm not afraid to embrace digital. But I'm also breathing a little heavy, and got a little mud on me, and I'm staying human. And it's that philosophy of embracing digital and staying human that we carry into our projects with our customers. And one of the things that I think is unique in the WSI ecosystem. Having that human touch, that accessibility to you as a person is critically important to assuring your customers that everything's going to be okay, that you're there to take care of their needs, and if they have a question, you're going to be able to give them an answer. The content that you write, the campaigns that you perform, the analytics behind every click, behind every tap and touch and download is a human being. And digital needs to reinforce that and support it. So, Embrace Digital. Stay Human. And I'm going to add one more, given the circumstance. Keep pedaling. That's going to be mine. Embrace Digital. Stay Human. And keep pedaling. I like it a lot.
