Infrastructure: One of the key strengths of WSI is the infrastructure it has developed since the mid 90’s. Few companies anywhere in the world have established such a sophisticated support infrastructure for this industry. The cornerstone of this infrastructure is its core management team. The majority of this team has been with the company in excess of 10 years so they have been extremely instrumental in both the growth of WSI and creating corporate stability. Accompanying the dedicated management team is a board of well established individuals who bring decades of business acumen from being in charge of billion dollar companies along with decades of franchise experience at the highest level.
Along with the home office and the board WSI has an additional 12 elected franchisees who sit on our Internet Consultant Advisory Council (ICAC). These 12 members meet with the WSI management team several times a year to discuss new ideas; new directions to pursue and discuss how WSI can continue to improve the business model and help the franchisees further prosper.
In conjunction with the WSI management team, board and dedicated staff ,WSI has developed a supplier network of preauthorized suppliers to fulfill the technical needs of the franchisees so the franchisee is able to focus on building the relationship with the client versus programming software and building websites.
