Culture of Collaboration: One of the most unique aspects of WSI is the fact that we have fostered a very collaborative environment whereby franchisees will actually support each other and often work together on projects. WSI franchisees understand that there is strength in numbers and the more we unite the stronger the brand is. They also realize there is more business than we can ever get to -- so they aren’t concerned about internal competition.
